Ashish Dembla

His research interests include design fabrication and modeling of high density, high aspect ratio nanoscale TSVs, and analysis of 2D and 3D integration methodologies for emerging ICs. He was born in Delhi, India in 1986. He received his degrees of B.Tech and M.Tech in Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He did his masters thesis on Heterojunction Solar Cells on Flexible PET Substrates. He also received the Cadence Silver Medal for the Best Masters Thesis in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He is a former PhD student at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Tech, Atlanta.
