Biography

Hansol Lee is a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech. His research focuses on electro-thermal co-design and optimization for advanced 2.5D/3D semiconductor packaging. He earned his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from KAIST. His previous research covers ultra heat flux cooling using silicon-embedded manifold microchannels for advanced electronics.
